John Vernacchia has 40 years of experience in marketing, sales, product management and operations. He has played a major role in the development of Eaton’s Energy Transition solutions to help customers connect renewables, energy storage, microgrids and EV charging infrastructure to buildings and the utility grid. John is a member of the IEEE Power & Energy Society and several Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA) working groups.
Jaska Tarkka is an application engineer with 10+ years of DER experience in PV, storage and renewables. In his current Energy Transition role, he is focusing on electrical balance of system applications from the DC generation, storage and EVs, to the utility interconnection supporting developers, IPPs, EPCs and consulting offices to specify applicable electrical infrastructure equipment and systems for our intelligent low-carbon energy future. Jaska holds a B.S. degree from Kotka Institute of Technology, Finland.
Senior Application Specialist
Lawrence T. Connor is a Senior Application Specialist at Eaton for the energy transition market. He has over 42 years of experience with a primary focus on medium and low voltage power distribution & control equipment systems in nuclear, fossil, Hydro, and solar power applications. Larry graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1977 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and the Power & Energy Society and has recently contributed to the development of several IEEE Standards.
