Michael Glynn

Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Glynn is EN Engineering's Vice President of Business Development for the Utilities division of EN. His team works with developers and utilities nationally to support them with engineering, planning, program management, and compliance needs. Starting his career with Siemens Energy and having worked in the energy commodities space and now with EN, Mr. Glynn has an in depth knowledge of the energy industry and where it is trending. He looks forward to meeting you at ESA!

Shaun Moran

Director of Planning and Analysis

Building upon experiences in a variety of engineering and leadership roles in three diversified investor owned utility companies, Mr. Moran continues to develop experience and expertise to address rapidly changing needs in the power delivery industry. His previous work includes system analysis roles where he led efforts in reliability-based planning studies of transmission and distribution systems, T&D project development, grid scale and inverter-based generation (including DER Interconnection studies), system protection & control settings and coordination, along with hands-on experience in equipment testing and commissioning in the field. Having worked in numerous positions with increasing regulatory process oversight, he also participated in regulatory process and standards improvement

John Marczewski

Vice President of Electric Consulting

A founding member of Energy Initiatives Group (EIG), an EN acquisition in 2017, Mr. Marczewski has gained considerable expertise and experience in many key aspects of electric power system projects and technologies. His past work includes assignments in distribution field engineering; substation engineering/design and project management; and operation of distribution, transmission, and generation projects. As the electric utility industry has evolved through deregulation, establishment of competitive power markets, and integration of renewable energy and storage, John has been involved in a wide range of assignments and projects involving HVDC, FACTS, offshore wind, EV planning/forecasting, railroad electrification and BESS technology.

Engineering

Andres Molina

Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Molina brings more than 30 years of engineering and management experience in the power industry. He has worked in the areas of engineering and design of: overhead and underground distribution and sub-transmission lines through 34.5 kV; overhead transmission lines through 345 kV; substations through 345 kV, including air-insulated, gas-insulated, and metal-clad switchgear, project management; permitting and licensing of transmission line and substation projects. His leadership experience includes managing the Substation Engineering & Design Department for National Grid USA Companies and serving as Director of Transmission & Distribution Engineering at R. G. Vanderweil Engineers.
