BLACK START AT PERRYVILLE'S PLANT

Mike Bowman is Chief technology officer at GE Renewable Energy, leading the Hybrids engineering organization and technical strategy. He has been with GE for 20+ years researching energy conversion technologies, product development as well as climate change and CO2 science. Mike was also member of the UN IPCC committee and of the 2003 MIT TR100.

Prakash Chandra is the Renewable Hybrids Leader for GE Renewable Energy since April, 2019, driving the growth strategy for this initiative that combines solar inverters, energy storage and renewable hybrids capabilities. Prior to that, Prakash held various Chief Financial Officer for GE and GE’s Financial services businesses for the Asian region.

Troy Miller is the North American Sales Leader for Energy storage at GE Renewable Energy - experienced in the applications of energy storage, renewable energy, hybrids and microgrids. He is a member of the Executive Committee at the ESA and serves on the board of the NAATBatt. He has been involved with more than 700MWh of Energy Storage projects.

Joe Heinzmann is Senior Sales Manager for Energy Storage at GE Renewable Energy. As part of his role, Joe led directly to the placement of battery systems worldwide to support customer value and grid stability in energy management and renewable integration applications. Joe is Secretary/Treasurer of CESA and sits on the Leadership Circle of ESA.
